How can we ever thank you for being there for us at our time of need.  With only 24 days left before settlement in our new home we were certainly in a panic.

It has been said when one door closes, another opens.  You opened the door to open house, ads in the papers and in only 10 short days a contract we accepted and everything moving in the right direction.

We would recommend you to anyone that is contenplating puttin their house on the market.  Again thanks for taking the stress out of our ordeal.  Just can't thank you enough!

After having my house on the market with 3 other agent and taking the house off the market for several months my daughter insisted that we try one more agent.  With hesitation we agreed to one more try.  We picked up a home buyers magazine and said lets try this lady, she has a very friendly face.  We called her the next day and boy what a lady!  She not only called us back immediately to set up an appointment, she was at our home within a day.  She brought us information that the other agents never explained or even mentioned!  Our house was listed with her that night.  She spent several hours with us that night and was so friendly, we felt as though we had known her forever.  Our house was sold in a few weeks.  She is an exceptional person and excellent real estate agent.  She took care of everything from the smallest of jobs to the biggest of jobs.  We not only have a great agent, we now have a new friend for the rest of our lives.
